If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging for review. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect product selection, or items showing signs of wear or use.
